QA Test Manager

QA Test Managers help us thoroughly understand clients’ requirements, prepare the test strategy and make sure that the whole testing team works towards common goals to execute with high quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients by organising regular status and feedback calls.

  • Take full ownership and excellent care of our clients’ testing projects.

  • Analyse our customers’ testing needs, agree on quality criteria and timelines and create testing strategies.

  • Manage the progress and optimal hour utilisation of our customers’ projects.

  • Report back about problems identified during testing, including technical and business related risks.

  • Proactively search for areas to improve and seek to raise client satisfaction.

  • Work together with talented testers of different cultural backgrounds from around the world.

  • Define new or give suggestions for improvements to our existing testing processes and effectively collaborate with other Rectians to bring the best solutions to life.

  • Successful working experience in IT related project management.

  • Exposure to software testing patterns, frameworks and methodologies.
