IT Modernization is associated with efficiency, usability and improved appearance. The mayor goal of IT Modernization is to attract and maintain users. If the experience of users becomes a key factor for modernization, than it’s important to ask yourself how to motivate users by liking your IT product. For this matter, it’s important to focus on the best
user-friendly sector with the highest client loyalty; the fashion industry.
The fashion industry discovered a long time ago the importance of customization to embrace the lifestyle of customers. Brands like Nike, Adidas, Apple etc. made it possible to customize each product with color, fabric, software and other multiple options. These brands know that when they’re giving the option of customization, the users will become more attracted to their creation. Eventually, the users will result into loyal clients.
Creating is part of our nature. We want to be part of something big and be proud about it. We do not like being forced.
When implementing IT Software in companies it is important to find ways to involve users from the beginning till the end. Leaving all responsibilities in hands of IT providers will generate generic solutions that will be resulted in too many complications
for end-users.
Think critically what you want to achieve as company with IT modernization and who are the users who you need to involve into the development & implementation of your IT Solution. Cluster the needs of all your key users and translate into functional specifications. These specifications are then the start of your communication with IT providers.
The users involved into the specification phase will become your ambassadors by promoting your IT modernization. This is how you will welcome more committed users.
