QA Business Analyst

As a QA business analyst (QA BA) you act as a link between the business requirements (the client) and the solution (the development team or project team). The QA BA identifies, analyzes and specifies the requirements of both the business and the client and communicates these as useful information to the project team, customer and/or supplier. 

Responsibilities
  • Mapping out the wishes and requirements (requirements) of an organization or client.

  • Analyzing organizational needs and preparing improvements for organizational processes.

  • Specifying, prioritizing, verifying and validating functional wishes and requirements and translating these into efficient solutions.

  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks and deviations (and, if necessary, advising management to remove them).

  • Monitoring and managing requirements during projects.

  • Prepare a business case of the proposed solution.

  • Acting as a sounding board for the business, project team members and/or (software) supplier. 

  • Supervising and coordinating analyzes for intended changes and developments within an organization.

  • Support and train users within the department in interpreting and analyzing relevant reports related to various projects.

What do you take with you as a successful QA Engineer?
  • A relevant HBO/WO education in the direction of IT or business.

  • Extensive experience in translating information needs and analyzing and designing processes.

  • Knowledge of methods and techniques such as requirements management, process design and analysis, information analysis and quality management.

  • You have strong analytical skills and you have an eye for processes and procedures.

  • Passion for achieving objectives and results.

  • Excellent communication skills and good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, Papiamentu is an advantage.
